Real estate has been my passion, and my experiences comes right here in the Space Coast area. I handle real estate in Central Florida's East Coast in Brevard County Florida. We are also known as the Orlando's beachside community due east of Orlando International Airport... just take the Beachline (Hwy 528) along I-95, US Hwy1, and A1A. My enjoyment over 30 years in real estate is watching the smiles of homeowners and buyers when we begin moving forward on a contract! Buyers, it's that moment after opening the door, when I see a Buyer smile knowing this is the one! Relocating Sellers, it's when owners realize they are one step closer to finalizing their sale... it's a great feeling! These are the reasons why I sell real estate and still loving it! Relocation is my specialty with various relocation companies using our specialized training to help transferees get settled in their new position knowing I have the process covered and keeping them informed. We love helping our military and first responders. My father and grandfather were both pilots in the USAF and I know how stressful frequent moves can be.
