About Mary

Mary Killian is a born & raised Floridian who has grown up in the Real Estate Business. Her mother Candace Killian started her own real estate career when Mary was 6 years old. Mary learned with hands on experience helping with open houses, handling administrative functions, and running social media platforms. Mary attended Florida Atlantic University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2021 with a degree in Sociology. Mary continued to work part-time through her college years as a Transaction Coordinator & Social Media Manager. In November of 2021, Mary received her Real Estate license and joined Coldwell Banker to partner with her mother, Candy Killian, an 19+year veteran in the real estate industry. Together they formed The Candy Killian Group. Mary is committed to her clients and sees them through the entire transaction and often times keeps in touch after closing, as many clients have become friends. Mary is great with connecting with people and has a positive attitude in guiding clients through the real estate sale/purchase process. Additionally, she runs The Candy Killian Group social media platforms & handles print marketing/advertising, as well as assisting clients in the buying & selling of Real Estate. Mary understands that in the Real Estate Industry that while representing different interests' agents, sellers, buyers & lenders are all working to achieve one goal!
