About Me About Guy Alaimo I am a native New Yorker from Westchester County who spent most of my weekends on the slopes of Hunter Mountain. The furthest thought from my mind was relocating to the tropics after my many years of skiing. In 1999 when I was visiting Florida, I stopped in to see a friend who recently moved to the area. After spending the week with him and experiencing the lifestyle of Florida, I decided to move to Coral Springs in 2000. Adapting to the Florida lifestyle was very easy for me as I loved the weather and loved the outdoor lifestyle and beaches. I choose to raise my daughter in Coral Springs because of its reputation for family atmosphere and recreational facilities. My career began in Finance and Accounting, from Wall St. to running various businesses with full P&L responsibility. Choosing a career with Coldwell Banker was an easy choice for me because I admire their exceptional reputation in the real estate business. Real Estate has always been a passion for me. I enjoy helping others achieve their dreams of finding and owning a home. I am happy to be part of a real estate company that shares the same philosophy as I do when it comes to putting customers first.
