About Stan

Stan Davis was born and raised in Miami, though not the Miami most people picture. He grew up in the rural part of the city, a side of South Florida few associate with the name. Over the last 35 years, he has watched Miami change from a slower-paced destination, a place people visited and then left, into a global powerhouse of commerce, culture, and luxury. Growing up away from the spotlight gave him a rare perspective. He understands the land, the growth, and the possibility that comes before the skyline does. That perspective is why real estate has always been his calling. As a kid, whenever friends invited him over, Stan wasn't only looking at the house. He was mentally replanning the neighborhood, moving homes around, shifting walls, and reimagining how people could live. It was never a hobby. It was instinct. That instinct has shaped a career well beyond the sales table. Stan has worked across real estate investing, development, land entitlement, marketing, and design, so he sees a property the way an investor, a builder, and a storyteller would. He holds a master's degree in Real Estate Finance from Florida International University, and he pairs that analytical rigor with a creative eye. He understands what a property is worth on paper and what it can become. Outside of real estate, Stan is drawn to supercars, motorsports, and fine timepieces, all of which reflect an obsession with design, engineering, and detail. That standard carries into everything he does for his clients. Today, Stan brings his years of experience and lifelong passion to the Dean Group. Whether you're acquiring a signature residence, building a portfolio, or pursuing your next opportunity in luxury real estate, he offers a rare combination of local roots, financial expertise, and creative vision. From rural Miami to the global stage, he has seen the city's whole story. Now he helps you write your next chapter.
