As lifestyle is as important as the property, Lisa knows each community, neighborhood, and development inside and out, especially buyers' most-desired amenities and features. Lisa provides concierge-level service from listing to closing with her in-house marketing and support team. To get sellers top dollar, Lisa's team launches a comprehensive campaign that targets potential buyers through high quality digital, direct mail, and print media as well as a single property website and YouTube video. Expert staging, and competitive pricing are also key to a quick close. Before entering real estate, Lisa was a highly sought after high tech business development consultant, and software development product and marketing manager working for IBM, Deloitte, COMPAQ, and Xerox for over 20 years. After 6 corporate relocations, building 2 estate homes, managing a major renovation of her Les Jardins estate, as well as a real estate investor of 4 rental properties, Lisa has the experience to guide her clients with all their real estate goals. When not meeting with prospective clients, Lisa enjoys traveling throughout the US and 6 continents worldwide (Antarctica is next in 2024!) She loves spending time at the beach or biking with her family, and sharing her delicious Luscious Treats by Lisa cakes, pastries, desserts, and chocolate creations.
