About Laura

Laura Vargas brings a unique perspective to real estate by combining her investment background with hands-on involvement in residential construction projects. Born in Colombia, raised in Spain, and a Boca Raton resident for over a decade, Laura’s international perspective helps her connect with the diverse communities that make South Florida such a dynamic place to live and invest. After graduating from Florida Atlantic University, Laura began her real estate career in property acquisitions for a South Florida investment firm. There, she developed a strong understanding of market trends, property values, and what drives successful real estate investments. Alongside her work in the industry, Laura expanded her expertise into residential construction by assisting with project management and collaborating closely with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors. Through this experience, she gained valuable insight into the challenges, risks, and decisions that impact a project’s success. Laura doesn’t simply market homes. She understands how they’re built, how construction decisions affect value and profitability, and how to strategically position and market them. This allows her to effectively represent new construction projects while serving as a valuable resource to builders and developers. Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time at the beach and taking advantage of South Florida’s lifestyle. Whether she’s playing tennis, rollerblading, or simply watching a beautiful sunset, she loves making the most of life’s simple moments.
