As a New England native who relocated to Florida, I bring a wealth of experience in real estate through my background in single-family master-planned community development and multifamily real estate private equity. Over the years, I’ve worked in acquisitions and asset management, developing a deep understanding of market research and real estate valuation. This allows me to assess property values accurately and identify trends in the market, helping clients position their properties to achieve the highest possible value when buying, selling, or renting a home. Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s in Economics from The College of the Holy Cross and a Master’s in Finance from Georgetown University, providing a strong foundation in strategic thinking and financial analysis. I also have the unique experience of being a Division 1 baseball player at both universities, where I honed qualities such as teamwork, discipline, and a results-driven mindset—traits that are vital when guiding clients through the real estate process.
