About Marlene

Marlene Brown Marlene Brown moved to Largo, Florida with her husband, relocating from the Beach Town of Ocean City, Maryland. Before joining Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, she was a Title Insurance professional for over 30 years, conducting real estate closings, managing and underwriting title insurance. She believes that "Its all in the DETAIL" and detail is what makes every transaction come together. Marlene enjoys spending time with her husband, her daughter and grandchildren, going to the beach, reading and bowling. Marlene has strong family ties to the military. Her husband served in the Navy, her father in law was retired from the Navy and her father served in the Army, as did many other family members. Her family has also been involved over many years with Volunteer Fire Service.
