As a graduate of Indiana State University, I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate, before graduating Indiana State, I obtained my Real Estate Brokers license. Currently, I am a member of the Pinellas Realtor Organization, Florida Association of Realtors and the National Associations of Realtors. I have a unique business background. After graduation, my career brought me to Florida where I worked in corporate management becoming Vice-President of Manufacturing. After 8 years in this role, I was then given the opportunity to become the Director of National Healthcare Sales where I remained for 13 years. Throughout my corporate career, I remained a long-time investor in Florida real estate and continually kept my pulse on the local marketplace. In late 2009, I left my corporate position to pursue my true passion, a full-time career in real estate. I offer my clients a diverse knowledge of the Tampa Bay marketplace in having sold residential and commercial-multi-family property properties in Pinellas, Hillsborough Pasco, Hernando Counties and in 10 municipalities. I work with all different types of clients including sophisticated professionals, seasoned investors as well as the first-time home buyer. Being a longtime resident with over 40 years of local market experience, I can provide a personal perspective on what it is like to live here as well as buy and/or sell homes in this area. My real estate background and life-long interest in the local market has provided me the knowledge and understanding that is needed to assist all my clients to make the best and most informed decisions possible.
