Alison has provided exceptional real estate expertise to home buyers & sellers for over 20 years. Born in the North East, Alison went to school in Richmond Va., served in the US Army Reserves, and, following some family members, made her way to Florida. Alison has been in sales for 30 years; including a decade working specifically with Seniors and retirement living. She has extensive experience with the 55+, LifeCare communities, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing. A professional stager, and a collaborator with down-sizers, movers, packers, tax and financial planning experts, accountants, business valuation experts, and general contractors, Alison's involvement with all aspects of Real Estate is consistently calm and easy no matter what happens. Her meticulous attention to detail, tenacity, thoughtful listening to clients' needs, and genuine care for people quickly earn their trust and are the key to her success. Overall, Alison has a well-earned reputation for providing kid-glove treatment, especially when it comes to working with clients who are "Glowing Older." Alison and her husband live in Belleair. They are in the midst of a home remodel and are enjoying picking out new tile, fixtures, and making many decisions with regard to the project. A former competitive tennis player, Alison switched to pickleball when her clientele preferred the smaller court. She also enjoys the fitness classes and playing Mah Jong with her friends at the Belleaire Country Club.
