About Adam

I'm Adam, a full-time Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. I'm a former mortgage loan officer, and I pride myself on doing things the right way, using organized systems, communicating transparently, and making the processes of buying and selling easy for my customers. I have helped buyers and sellers all over Tampa Bay, including Feather Sound, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Largo, Tarpon Springs, Tampa, Lakewood Ranch, and the Pinellas beaches. My lending background allows me to help buyers and their agents structure financed offers appropriately. My experience with contracts on BOTH the lending and sales sides allows me to review contract terms and offers and provide professional guidance in your best interest. I grew up on Long Island, but I've called Pinellas County home since 2007. When I'm not working, you can find me exploring all that Tampa Bay has to offer, including the beaches, parks, Pinellas trail, and restaurants. I'm usually with my wife, Amy. We used to be a husband-and-wife team, but she is now an assistant branch manager for Coldwell Banker. We give back to our community through our Bindi's Buddies pet food donation collections, and every month we donate hundreds of pounds of food to the Humane Society of Pinellas, helping to keep pets out of shelters and with their people.
