About Eric

Eric Magoon is an experienced attorney realtor and is a member of the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida. Eric graduated Ransom-Everglades High School where he played football, Tuft University where he earned a B.A. in political science and made the Dean's List for academic excellent. Eric then graduated Law Review from Nova Law Center. Eric first became involved in real estate as a member of the Ft. Lauderdale Area Board of Realtors, Inc and then became a member of the Florida Bar. Eric has recently joined the Coldwell Banker Realty Team in Aventura, Florida and specializes in luxury homes. When Eric is not working, he practices martial arts and donates to various causes including the Aleph Institute and Jiu Jitsu for Good. Eric has lectured before he Attorneys Real Estate Council of Miami Dade County and co-authored a published book titled "Your Real Estate Closing Explained Simply". Eric is a patron of the Miami-Dade County Parks Golf Courses and is a former college tennis player at the University of Florida and Tufts University. Eric also attended the University of Miami. Eric is married for 34 years and has a daughter. Eric also loves animals and has a miniature Doberman Pinscher.
