Business Philosophy: For the past 30 years, I have been fortunate to be with the #1 company and have enjoyed every minute of it. My accomplishments in and outside real estate have revolved around helping others. From recruiting independent sales associates and helping them grow to assisting them in meeting the needs of buyers and sellers, my focus has always been on serving others. As the leader of the Aventura office of Coldwell Banker Florida, my vision is to provide access to optional in-house education programs, expand the recruiting program, create sales leads, and guide my agents with competitive strategies to help them succeed in the marketplace. I pride myself on creating an atmosphere where both newly licensed and experienced associates can thrive within the Coldwell Banker system. Our group of independent agents is constantly growing, and I attribute the success of this office to the quality of individuals who join this dynamic branch. My goal is to exceed our objectives in cultivating the best real estate office in South Florida and having the most profitable sales associates. We continually plan networking events from the Aventura office throughout the South Florida area, such as our Coldwell Banker Young Professional Network and our Diversity Programs (CBCORE). We give back to our community through our Coldwell Banker Cares Non-Profit and extend a helping hand by collecting over 25 tons of donations for Hurricane Irma and Maria relief. 4.
