About Tiffany

Tiffany’s path to real estate has taken her from St. Petersburg, Florida to Oʻahu and now Pennsylvania and Delaware! After earning a Master’s in Communications from the University of Hawaiʻi, she built a career in marketing and spent five years as a licensed real estate assistant—gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the industry. Her passion for real estate truly sparked when she bought her first home. The experience showed her the impact of having an agent who is kind, knowledgeable, and grounded—traits she now brings to every client interaction. Tiffany is known for her calm energy, clear communication, and ability to make the buying or selling process feel approachable and rewarding. Outside of real estate, Tiffany loves cooking (she’d be a personal chef in another life), going to CrossFit, and spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter. She’s also active in the Cambodian community through the Khmer Performing Arts & Culture group. Fun fact: she has a twin sister in Florida—who’s also a Realtor—so you could say it runs in the family.
