About Tess

Tess has been involved in the Real Estate Industry since 1983, as an agent and also as a publisher/owner of a real estate marketing magazine. She started her career at the young age of 19 selling homes in Lebanon & Hershey, Pennsylvania. As time went on an opportunity presented itself to begin a publishing career, first with a bridal magazine, then with real estate magazines. Tess was the editor and publisher for a national company, The Apartment Finder. After building this magazine from the ground up to 96 pages and 7 years later, Tess purchased her own franchise with another national publisher, Homes & Land Magazine. Tess enjoyed this business immensely and thought she'd retire from this career. As the recession of 2008 happened along with the advances of the internet, print was becoming less popular as an advertising tool. Tess was forced to close her dream down. She and her husband Joe decided to sell their home and move to their vacation home in Delaware where Tess once again obtained her real estate license. Tess's career life has come full circle returning to her first career love of selling real estate. Helping people with one of the most emotional and expensive experiences of their lives is where Tess excels. It is her belief that a 'HOME' is not only a house or physical structure but a place where memories are created and cherished...
