Michael joined the sales side of residential real estate after being an investor, landlord and HVAC contractor for 25 years. His vast experience in Coastal Delaware real estate has led him to specialize in residential listings/sales and the luxury market as well as being an advocate for investors looking to expand or start their portfolios in the area. Although he hails from Pittsburgh, Rehoboth Beach is now home for Michael and the beach life paired with the mentality of the people in Coastal Delaware have made it an area he's proud to live in. When Michael is away from work, you might find him traveling to Vegas or around the world. He has a love for anything Disney and spending time with his miniature schnauzer, Leonardo.
