Hi, My name is Grace White. After a fulfilling 30-year career serving the public in the fast-paced environment of New York City government, my husband of 40 years and I decided to turn our favorite vacation spot into our permanent home. We traded the city rush, for a beautiful, slower, relaxed lifestyle filled with coastal beaches, fishing, and dining in Delaware! People have asked where I relocated after retiring and I usually get a remark like “Dela-Where? To which I happily reply, Delaware! That’s right, a tax-free state, packed with so many things to do. Choosing to embrace this slower, more relaxed pace of life was easy. Whether it’s enjoying the free summer concert series in Lewes, Rehoboth Beach and Bethany Beach to name a few, or exploring our rich local history and museums, or celebrating autumn at the famous Witch Festival in October, this region offers year round happenings and great quality of life. Living here has allowed me to fulfill a lifelong dream: becoming a licensed Realtor. My three decades in city government, coupled with my husband of 40 years, gives me an understanding of the importance of commitment and stability, and I bring that dedication to helping clients find their own perfect home.
