About Bruce

Bruce served as the Broker and Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker Resort Realty for many years. He holds the designations ABR, ABRM, CRB, CRS, and GRI, and has been recognized by the National Academy of Conciliators as a Certified Dispute Settler. He has traveled extensively completing hundreds of hours of training in Residential, Commercial and Investment real estate, becoming a much sought-after instructor by many real estate organizations. During his long career, he has received the coveted REALTOR OF THE YEAR Award from the Sussex County Association of Realtors three times, and in 2018 was named as the STATE REALTOR OF THE YEAR by the Delaware Association of Realtors. He has served as President of the county association in 1987, and in 2017 served as President of the 4,500 member State Association of Realtors. He received the SCAOR President’s Award of Recognition in 2005, 2011 and 2016, and was recognized by the state association for his work on the Forms Committee in 2007 and 2013. In 2009 he was named SCAOR Educator of the Year, and in 2014 received the Peninsula Commercial Alliance’s Bill Vernon Innovator of the Year Award. A native to Lewes, Bruce resides on Red Mill Pond and is active in many local organizations.
