Suzanne O'Brien Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Bethany Beach and Annapolis Plaza 240-506-3668 Personal: I grew up in Baltimore County, MD and was fortunate to spend my summers in Ocean City, MD. I was a young entrepreneur, owning and operating beach stands in Ocean City as a teenager. I graduated from Woodlawn High School and moved to Ocean City after graduation to attend Salisbury State University. I met my husband in Ocean City while working at the Carousel Hotel and attending college. We were married a year later. We moved to Anne Arundel County, MD in 1980 and were residents of Severna Park for 32 years. In 2000 we purchased a second home in Ocean View, DE with the hope and dream of retiring to the beach area someday. In 2017 that dream became a reality. Professional: Realtor® Licensed in DE & MD Suzanne O'Brien worked for Giant Food for 22 years, with the first 14 years spent in Operations, including working on the front-end at the Severna Park Giant. She left store operations in 1994 for a position in Corporate Accounting. Suzanne went on to spend the rest of her corporate career in retail accounting and project management. In 2008, Suzanne decided to leave the corporate world to pursue a career in real estate. Suzanne was no stranger to the Southern Delaware and Maryland beaches, as she grew up spending her summers in the area. In 2017 her dreams became reality when she finally made Ocean View her home. She is licensed in Maryland and Delaware and can assist you with all of your real estate needs on both sides of the Bridge! She works out of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices of Coastal Delaware and Annapolis, MD, servicing the DE and MD coastal region and the Chesapeake Bay area on the Western Shore. Education: I attended Salisbury State University and graduated from the University of MD, University College, with a B. S. Degree in Business Management.
