About Sherry

Sherry Thens grew up in the Washington DC suburbs She vacationed on the eastern shore and as a result, developed a love of the coastal area and the ocean. Educated in computer science and information management, she moved to Las Vegas with a software company, leaving the snow shovel behind once and for all. After a short time, her two sons moved to the desert also. It was during her 20 years in Las Vegas that the real estate bug developed. Las Vegas was a booming town in the late 1990's and into the new millennium, and it was easy to visit new home communities. Her real estate career developed quickly in the desert. Sherry acquired her broker license and purchased a real estate office and quickly opened a property management company to compliment the sales business. In 2014 two family events, her oldest son moving to DE to work for Dogfish Brewery and chance to hep help her sister care for their Mother, made the decision to move back easy. Sherry has lived and worked at the eastern shore, serving both DE and MD clients.
