Anne Powell Del Vecchio has dedicated over 20 years to the residential real estate industry. As a licensed Associate Broker in both Delaware and Maryland, she has successfully assisted hundreds of Buyers and Sellers in the Delaware and Maryland Coastal Area. Her educational background includes a BS in Finance and an M.Ed. from the University of Delaware. Anne specializes in helping clients buy and sell luxury homes, golf course community properties as well as homes in Delaware in Ocean View, Bethany Beach, Selbyville and surrounding Sussex County properties and land. Anne’s diverse experience includes roles as a Financial Manager/Management Program Graduate with American Express, an Instructor/Advisor/Curriculum Developer at Delaware Technical Community College, and a Researcher at the University of Delaware. Beyond her professional achievements, Anne actively contributes to her community. She has served as the Past President of the Ocean View Historical Society and the Bethany Fenwick Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, she sponsors the South Coastal Library Beach to Bay Cottage Tour, and is the President-Elect of Sussex County's Women's Council of REALTORS.
