Meet Jessica Mifflin - Licensed Realtor, Coldwell Banker Premier Jessica Mifflin was born and raised in Milton, Delaware, and proudly graduated from Cape Henlopen High School in 2003 - the same year she welcomed her first child. She is a devoted mother of three: her oldest son, now 22, is proudly serving in the United States Air Force; her 17-year-old son is currently in high school; and her youngest, a lively 9-year-old daughter, keeps her grounded and motivated. The values she’s developed through motherhood - patience, commitment, and compassion - translate directly into how she serves her real estate clients. Jessica began real estate school with a clear goal in mind: to become a licensed realtor. Before completing the program, she accepted an administrative position with Coldwell Banker Premier in the Milford office, where she currently still serves. In addition to her work as an admin, she’s also a valued member of the company’s recruiting team. Being immersed in the industry from multiple angles gave Jessica the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, gain insight behind the scenes, and strengthen her foundation as she worked toward her license. Now, as a licensed realtor, Jessica brings that same dedication and behind-the-scenes experience to each client she serves. Known for her strong community ties, positive energy, and love for networking, she genuinely enjoys connecting with others and helping them reach their goals - whether it’s buying their first home or making a strategic move in the local market.
