About Leslie

Finding Your Bliss at the Beach Leslie is a full-time REALTOR® with The Julie Gritton Team at Coldwell Banker Premier in Lewes. She is a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), the premier credential in seller advocacy, earned by professionals who demonstrate exceptional skill, knowledge, and ethical standards in representing home sellers. Leslie is also a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), a national designation recognizing expertise in assisting clients with second homes, vacation properties, and investment opportunities. Originally from the Washington, D.C. metro area, Leslie brings 25 years of federal government experience in analytics and customer service, along with prior work as a Maryland REALTOR®. She holds a B.A. from The American University, an M.B.A. from John Hopkins University, and is a certified Executive Federal Coach. Her passion for lifelong learning translates into well-informed guidance for her clients. Beyond real estate, Leslie enjoys time with her beloved dog, yoga and fitness, reading, and community service. She is an active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Lewes Historical Society, and the Lewes Chamber of Commerce, and is involved in her homeowners association.
