Welcome to Bowers Beach an up and coming beach town. Complete with bait and tackle shop, ice cream shop, restaurant, nite club and package store. Fishersman's delight with lots of parking in the public lot and a small park. This lot once housed an Inn but has since been demolished. If your intention is not to subdivide then the commercial zoning may remain intact. Once the lots are subdivided they then become residential only.
