About Martin

Martin joined the Coldwell Banker team after twelve years of service as the Executive Director of the award-winning Barracks Row Main Street program in Washington, DC's Capitol Hill neighborhood, working with commercial landlords and small business tenants. A resident of the DC area since the 1990s, Martin has actually lived in all four of DC's quadrants over the years, in addition to both the Maryland and Virginia suburbs. His education is rooted in the urban environment; he holds both a BA in urban studies and a Master of City Planning degree. Martin's expertise is in helping buyers and sellers with residential transactions, and assisting investors in commercial, mixed use, and residential single family and multi-unit investment properties. While able to assist clients in all of the greater DC region, he has extensively studied the neighborhoods of the Northwest and Southeast quadrants in DC, Frederick MD, Hagerstown, Baltimore, Bethesda, and Old Town Alexandria.
