About Lois

In 1971, Lois moved to New York City to embark on a career in Fashion. She worked in sales, merchandising, and design before opening a small boutique in Soho in 2001. She built a successful business dressing the local downtown residents while simultaneously creating a collection sold at upscale stores across the country. After a 45-year run, Lois decided it was time for a change, and DC was just the right place! She moved to Navy Yard and decided the best way to learn the city was to walk it.. and walk it she did! While walking, she fell in love with all the diverse neighborhoods, from the shiny new towers in the Navy Yards to the beautiful historic houses in Capitol Hill. She quickly learned all the places, and when people were looking for a new apartment or house, her friends would say, " Ask Lois, she'll know!" Soon people were also asking, " Why don't you have a Real Estate License?"... and now she does.
