About Mattie

I have lived in Fairfield County for over 15 years and love its beautiful coastline, winding country roads, and proximity to New York City and the rest of New England. I am a native of Thailand and speak both English and Thai fluently. I have lived in multiple countries and have travelled extensively outside the United States. With friends spread across the globe, I have a unique understanding of people and families from different countries and cultures who want to re-locate to this area. My vast array of experiences has taught me that being client-focused always leads to great outcomes. In addition to running my own online pastry shop in Singapore, I also started an in-person catering business after I moved to the United States. Previously, I worked in financial services and at one of celebrity chef, Daniel Boulud’s restaurants. I listen intently to my client’s preferences and needs in order to exceed their expectations. I am customer-oriented, responsive, and dedicated. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand and obtained my MBA degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I also attended The French Culinary Institute in New York where I received a Grande Diploma in Pastry Arts. My husband, son and I live in the Greenfield Hill section of Fairfield on the border of Westport, enjoying all that both towns have to offer.
