About Lianne

Lianne moved to Westport in 2014 and built her family's dream home - it was such a great experience that she started a development company, Simple Plan Home Builders, to build modern, luxury homes for other families. Lianne is now excited to be working with Coldwell Banker and setting up a full service real estate sales team, LO + CO. A transplant from the UK, Lianne worked in children's publishing in London for ten years before relocating to Manhattan and joining a large real estate firm concentrating on new development projects. After taking a break to spend time with her three young children, she is back in her favorite world of real estate! An avid fan of modern architecture and beautiful homes, Lianne can be found on the building site fine-tuning modern homes for families to love living in and is always available to share her expertise in the real estate industry.
