I am a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Realty in West Hartford, specializing in helping seniors, long-time homeowners, and families navigate major housing transitions with clarity and confidence. I bring more than 40 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, advocacy, community-building, and social entrepreneurship to my work in real estate and senior transitions, along with a highly personalized, solutions-oriented approach. Earlier in my career, I worked on large-scale healthcare and community initiatives, including efforts connected to the rollout of the Affordable Care Act, helping individuals and organizations navigate complex systems and access important resources. My transition into senior real estate grew out of personal experience helping my own family navigate aging-related housing and care decisions — an experience that ultimately inspired me to create Clear Path Moves, my senior transition support company. Through both my work at Coldwell Banker Realty and Clear Path Moves, I help clients not only sell homes, but also navigate the broader decisions surrounding downsizing, aging in place, relocation, and next-step planning. I see myself as both a bridge-builder and a connector, bringing together the right people, resources, and strategies to help clients move forward with less stress and more support. I hold the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations, along with Certified Dementia Practitioner® training that supports compassionate and effective communication with older adults and families.
