My Business Philosophy My goal is quite simple. To Serve and Protect my clients during the entire transaction process. As a seasoned agent I am well aware of all the vagaries involved in either the sale or purchase of a home. It is my duty to protect my clients from many of the pitfalls and liabilities associated with home ownership or sale. I also recognize that I will stay in contact with my clients long after the transaction to further answer any questions they may have. After all, these are not only my clients they are people who I have bonded with and they are very important to me. I have been a recipient of the Sterling Award for the past three years and now have received the Diamond Award for 2018. In the past year I have closed 28 units with a total sales volume of 5.9 million dollars Areas of Expertise I specialize in the residential resale market. I work full time, seven days a week and pride myself on always being available to my clients. I turn my cell phone off at midnight so I can take calls late into the evening, because I believe that service and availability are key to a successful real estate practice. I enjoy working with first time home buyers as well as those who have previously owned homes. I am very comfortable working with short sales and foreclosures as they represent a large portion of today's market. My negotiating skills have been praised by many of my peers and clients as well. In today's market one must have an agent that can successfully navigate the difficult waters of doing business in an ever changing environment. Ninety percent of my business comes through referral from satisfied clients who have benefitted from my dedicated work ethic and business acumen which has been developed over these many years. Community Involvement I am a former board member of Homes For The Brave in Bridgeport , I was a Mentor in the Bridgeport School System. I have been President in the Ashdown Lions Club and Ashdown Rotary Club and The Ashdown Chamber of Commerce.
