Catherine’s areas of expertise include analytics, valuation, and contract negotiations. She has the exceptional ability to focus on proper market pricing. Having purchased and renovated many of her own properties, she has an extensive skill set in showcasing a property’s best features. In addition to a real estate license, Catherine also holds an appraisal certification and an MBA in Marketing from Columbia Business School. Catherine’s interest in real estate started over 20 years ago with the purchase of her first multi-family investment property in Westchester, NY. She brings many years of marketing and finance experience to her position having served as finance director and business manager/consultant for organizations including Time Magazine/Time Warner, The McGraw Hill Companies, and Magazines.com.
