About Kevin

Kevin Hull is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty and a member of The Stephanie Salerno Team, serving clients throughout Hartford County and Western Massachusetts. His primary market is Suffield and the surrounding communities, including Granby, East Granby, Windsor Locks, Enfield, West Hartford, Agawam, Longmeadow, East Longmeadow, Springfield, Westfield, and neighboring towns. Licensed since 2022, Kevin has completed 56 real estate transactions and earned International President’s Circle recognition. He is supported by The Stephanie Salerno Team, which has collectively closed more than 800 homes. Kevin’s primary focus is helping first-time home buyers and move-up buyers navigate one of the largest financial decisions of their lives with knowledgeable guidance, honest advice, and personalized service designed to reduce stress throughout the transaction. Kevin was born and raised in Suffield, attended local schools, and graduated in 2012 after playing both soccer and baseball. He went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from Western New England University before earning a master’s degree in Social Work. Prior to beginning his real estate career, Kevin spent five years working as a therapist, an experience that helped him develop strong communication, listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills that continue to shape his approach to working with clients. Kevin married his high school sweetheart, and together they returned to Suffield in 2022, where they are now raising their three children in the community that has always been home. Community involvement is also an important part of Kevin’s work and the culture of The Stephanie Salerno Team. Together, the team created Closing for a Cause, an initiative designed to give back to the community through real estate transactions. The team also supports Suffield Community Aid through its annual Spring Food Drive and Back-to-School Backpack Drive, while also sponsoring programs through Suffield Parks & Recreation. These efforts reflect the team’s commitment to giving back to the communities they serve. Kevin believes that being a local REALTOR® means more than understanding the housing market; it means being invested in the communities where his clients live, work, and raise their families. His goal is to provide the guidance, communication, and advice clients need at every stage of a transaction while making the process of buying or selling a home as clear, manageable, and stress-free as possible.
