I am grateful to practice Real Estate in an area I am lucky enough to call HOME. A lifelong resident of Western Massachusetts, Greater Hartford and Tolland counties allows for a deep appreciation for it's unique attributes, cultural and educational opportunities and I am well versed in exploring these with my clients. I strongly believe in and encourage an involved community. Consistent and effective communication is the cornerstone of my professional philosophy. I have been described by clients and colleagues as professional, knowledgeable, accessible, and most important reliable as clients migrate through the decision-making process. I believe these qualities, along with a tenacious work ethic, have led to my success as a Top Producer and Award Winner consistently throughout my 20 plus years as a REALTOR. I credit this success to the genuine affinity I have for my clients. Striving to understand their unique and personal needs. I employ local market knowledge, a network of resources, negotiating acumen, and proficiency to overcome any hardship and attain the client goal as seamlessly as possible. When I am not working, I spend my free time hunting for new and exciting real estate investments of my own. Renovating and setting up Airbnb's have also afforded me insight and a working knowledge of upgrading residential and commercial properties.
