Scott M. Volpe and Connecticut Residential: 40 Years and Counting Second generation developer Scott Volpe and his company Connecticut Residential have been building custom homes and neighborhoods for almost 40 years. Scott has over 30 years experience in the field and 15 years as President and owner of CR. He and his team of handpicked craftsmen, tradesmen, and contractors have developed 7 residential projects comprised of over 120 custom single family homes along with countless individual site lots and projects including commercial additions, renovations and flips. Having worked personally on hundreds of home sites before the age of 25 Scott has a unique background of experiences not common among builders today. This history allows him to recognize, attract and retain the best talent available. Scott earned a BS from the UCONN School of Business with a concentration in Economics and has been a licensed Realtor for almost 20 years.
