About Sheyla

Sheyla Moncayo joined the Regional Properties Group team at Coldwell Banker Realty based out of the Orange CT office in 2021 to pursue her passion in real estate. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor®, Sheyla spent nearly ten years working in personnel management throughout Greater New Haven during which time she cultivated strong skills in interpersonal communication and client services. She possesses a keen ability to understand a client's needs and help them navigate the complexity of today's real estate market. Additionally, given Sheyla's South American heritage, she hopes to be a strong advocate for our Spanish speaking clientele.
