Allen Grealish is a licensed Connecticut real estate professional representing buyers, sellers, investors, and renters throughout New Haven and Fairfield Counties, specializing in both residential and commercial real estate. Known for his friendly, professional approach and results-driven mindset. Born and raised in Galway, Ireland, Allen earned a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Property Studies from Galway Mayo Institute of Technology, where his studies focused on real estate valuation, investment, business, and law. In 2012, he relocated to Connecticut to be with his wife, Ryan, and began his U.S. real estate career as an intern and assistant to a top-producing agent at RE/MAX Right Choice, gaining hands-on experience and deep insight into local markets while awaiting his work authorization. Allen obtained his Connecticut real estate license in 2014 and went on to build a highly successful career with RE/MAX, where he served as a Sales Associate from 2014 through 2022. During that time, he consistently earned annual sales volume awards and was recognized among RE/MAX’s top 25 agents in New England. In 2016, he was featured in the Connecticut Post as an emerging star in the real estate industry. In January 2023, Allen was recruited to join Coldwell Banker Realty’s Orange office. He quickly distinguished himself as a top performer, ranking in the top three agents for production in February 2023, the top 15 agents in January 2024, and earning the prestigious International Sterling Award in February 2025. That same year, he was recognized as one of the top five agents for production in the Orange office, placing him among the top sales professionals in the Coldwell Banker global network. An Orange resident, Allen brings true local expertise to his work and serves clients across both New Haven and Fairfield Counties. He is especially passionate about guiding first-time homebuyers and prides himself on providing an educational, transparent, and supportive experience. His dedication, market knowledge, and strong negotiation skills—enhanced by his Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN) designation—have resulted in long-term client relationships built on trust, referrals, and repeat business. Beyond real estate, Allen is deeply involved in the community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Orange Land Trust and Sláinte Milford Inc., is Vice President of the Orange Scholarship Fund, and chairs the Irish Heritage Society Milford / Sláinte Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament. He is also an elected officer and member of the Knights of Columbus (Orange Council 12523), a member of the Orange Lions Club, and an appointed member of the Town of Orange Board of Assessment Appeals.
