About Cortney

Along with being a seasoned Realtor with 20 years of experience, Cortney is a lifelong resident of the Connecticut River Valley and Shoreline towns. This has allowed her to make numerous connections throughout the region and acquire a knowledge of what different areas have to offer. Whether it is finding her clients their very first home or closing on their dream home, she treats all her clients with the same equaled energy and commitment. Client loyalty is what she prides herself on. Seeing clients come back not only once but sometimes multiple times is a testament to that fact. Cortney is also very involved in her community. Her civic duties include volunteering as a member of the Economic Development Committee in her current hometown of Haddam. Growing up as an athlete in the area, she also gives back to the athletic programs by coaching youth sports. Cortney was the former Haddam Killingworth Middle School Field Hockey coach and is currently coaching the girls club lacrosse team that her daughter participates in. Not only does she run a successful real estate business she is also Co-Owner of a HK Health and Fitness. When she is not busy with all of her involvements you can find her with her husband, daughter, son and 3 dogs boating in the summer or skiing in the winter.
