About This Home

3 Neck Road

Make this enchanting storybook home your own special year-round getaway. Nestled on the outskirts of historic Old Lyme Village, the Gate House is being offered for the first time in decades. Once part of an exclusive executive estate, the charming Gate House sits on nearly one acre of land in a unique and pastoral setting. This 2-bedroom, 2 full bath home has been lovingly restored, with newly designed open kitchen complete with new stainless appliances, quartz countertops, newly designed master bath, and stunning hardwood flooring throughout. A spectacular soaring ceiling in the living room with walls of glass and charming fireplace set the stage for the perfect place to relax after a busy day of kayaking, sightseeing, or shopping in the many seaside villages along the coastline. The Gatehouse sits on the edge of the Lieutenant River with expansion potential on nearly one acre and potential water access following town and environmental approval processes.
