I have practiced real estate full time since 2000, bringing my depth of experience to every one of my Sellers and Buyers. I maintain a friendly, energetic, and ethical approach to all my clients. When working with me, you will find that I have patience, integrity, and wisdom to help guide you through the process of selling or buying your next home. I spend ample time with all of my clients and carefully go through each step of the process making sure you are completely comfortable with every detail. I am certified as an SRES agent; Real Estate for Mature Adults. So I work closely with parents their family members when making decisions about downsizing, or changing life styles. I was born and raised here in Hamden and have lived in Hamden, New Haven and now the Shoreline. Prior to my successful Real Estate career, I owned and operated an Art Gallery Custom Frame Shop in Westville. I have been a part of the evolving Greater New Haven business community for most of my life. It was through my years as an art gallery owner that I discovered my passion for helping people to make measured decisions about whether it be about art purchases, framing of art, and now houses. During my Real Estate career I have worked with first time homebuyers, clients who are ready to downsize, brand new construction, multi-family homes, condos, and single family homes, and even the occasional vacation homes. I embrace every sale and purchase with excitement and determination for a successful closing. In my free time, I have done volunteer work at Hospice in Branford, The New Haven Food Coop (when it existed) and Tower One in New Haven. I have firm roots in the community and am passionately dedicated to its continued growth. My hobbies are kayaking, bicycling, walking, hiking and spending time with my family and my dog. I have traveled extensively but am most smitten by Croatia, Dalmatia and the Adriatic coast. I now speak enough Croatian to moderately communicate with the locals. I love meeting people and especially new clients. There is nothing that pleases me more than watching my Buyers as they walk into the first home they love, or seeing my Sellers bliss when they close on their home. Buying and selling homes is such an intimate process for my clients, and I love being able to make that process as easy and efficient as possible for everyone.
