BETH CANTOR MBA, REALTOR, CRS, CNHS, GRI, RCC, SRES, e-PRO PERSONAL: I was born and raised on the South Shore of Long Island, but I have lived in Hamden with my husband for over 30 years. I have worked as a Realtor for over 19 years, though my educational and professional backgrounds extend much further. Despite my career-driven nature, I am very family-minded. I developed my love of books and reading from my mom and my commitment to community involvement and volunteering from my dad. My husband and I have two adult sons who live—I am thrilled to say—nearby. Be tenacious! HOBBIES AND INTERESTS: My passion is sitting on a sunny beach reading a novel with the ocean waves crashing along the shore, although I love reading all year round. I also enjoy doing crossword puzzles, Sudoku, playing scrabble, dancing and Jazzercise. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: Past Board Member: Hamden Education Foundation, Westwoods PTA, Hamden Middle School PTA, Hamden High School PTA, town-wide PTA Council, and Temple Beth Sholom.
