Lyn has been selling real estate for over 25 years and began her career in 1995 in Manhattan at The Corcoran Group, while mentoring Barbara Corcoran. While in NYC she closed numerous transactions with great success. Lyn then relocated to Northern Fairfield County while still maintaining a NY and CT license and worked with buyers and sellers in both states. While residing in CT full time since 2002, namely in Newtown, Lyn has gotten to know all of the surrounding towns and has worked through all different climates of the market. Staging homes is also a specialty of Lyn's and she offers this service to all of her clients. Furthermore, Lyn always goes the extra mile as buying and selling a home is one of the biggest events in life.
