Being a lifelong Connecticut resident has given me the pleasure of living in several beautiful towns before settling in Newtown 28 years ago with my husband. We transformed a wooded property into a small farm that's been the home to our children, horses, and dogs. Before becoming a Realtor, I worked as a first-grade teacher and Reading Specialist, where I made it my mission to prioritize each student's growth. That same commitment to understanding and education extends to my real estate clients. I am dedicated to making your experience buying or selling a home both positive and rewarding. I continually update my skills and am proud to hold certifications as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). These electives reflect my commitment to providing expert service and ensuring my clients receive the guidance they need through every step of the real estate process. Whether you're buying, selling, or transitioning to a new phase of life, I'm here to offer professional, personalized support. When I am not helping clients I can be found riding my horse, in the barn, or volunteering for organizations that are near and dear to my heart. Some of these are the Newtown Bridle Lands Association, Newtown Strong Therapy Dogs, and TLC Sweet Souls Dog Rescue. I also enjoy hiking, going to the beach, traveling, gardening, and vegetarian cooking.
