Kate entered the Real Estate world to apply her strengths in task performance and communication from her years in event coordination and project management to help others achieve their dreams in home ownership. After being on both sides of the real estate transaction, as a buyer and a seller, and then building her own home, she knows what it takes to be a helpful partner, navigator, and bridge to anyone entering the bustling real estate market. Kate lives in Bridgewater, Connecticut with her husband, four children and two dogs. She loves living in Litchfield County and you can find her any given day outside running, at a soccer or baseball field, school playground or the closest hockey rink. Most of all, she can't wait to assist her clients with the best service and partnership! She is licensed in CT and NY, is SFR certified and a member of National Association of Realtors.
