About Matt What does a home mean to you? For Matt, it is a place to start and raise a family. A place of comfort and security, where every day ends and a new day begins. Matt grew up in a large, caring family in Boston, Massachusetts. His family was always quick to help others and very active in the community, leading various service projects and believing that 'community' does not stop at the borders of their town. Matt graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Business Management. After that, he spent half a decade living in Ireland and traveling around Europe. Having moved over a dozen times and lived in various locations throughout the Northeast and Europe, he is a relocation and moving expert. Matt met his wife Carrie in 2008 and shortly after joined the Brookline, Massachusetts Fire Department, where he served as a full-time career firefighter until the summer of 2016. In 2014, Matt and his wife moved to her hometown of Guilford, Connecticut, where they now raise their three amazing daughters. As a full-time REALTOR® along Connecticut's Shoreline, Matt can help you and your family establish your roots. From contractors to childcare, he has everything you need to get started.
