About Karen

Karen is a new member to the Walz Team. As a Shoreline resident for over 35 years, she has an extensive knowledge of the area having grown up in Old Lyme and now residing in Madison with summers spent in Westbrook. As a military brat and mother of twins, she understands that time is of the essence in the sale or purchase of a home. It's imperative to Karen to help her clients find just the perfect house in which to build those wonderful memories. She understands that buying or selling a home is an emotional process and Karen is with her clients each step of the way. When not working, she can be found volunteering at her children's schools or delivering groceries to seniors. She was also a former Vice President of The Madison Newcomers Club and Chairperson MBC Children's Committee. She enjoys tennis, running and working out. Karen is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a pending Masters from Southern Connecticut State University. She is also staging and redesign certified. She lives in Madison with her husband Leighton, twins Alexandra and Quinn and her bulldog Angus. She looks forward to helping you with all of your real estate needs.
