About Frank

Frank has been married to Mary Ann Liotta for 52 years, Father of 5 Children including Erin Connelly. Proud Grandfather of 10 Grand children. He graduated from Simmons Institute of Mortuary Science 1968, and served in the U.S. Army 1970 to 1972 as a Memorial Activities Specialist. Frank graduated from Nassau Community College 1975 with an AS in Biology, and he graduated from New York Institute BS Psychology 1978. He then worked in New York City as a Licensed Funeral Director from 1972 to 1978. Frank began his sales career with Superior Funeral Supply 1978 to 1980, Dodge Company from 1980 to 1996 and was recruited by Batesville Casket Company and retired in 2019. Unretired in 2023 to join the Connelly Team with Erin and Ryan at Coldwell Banker Realty I joined the team to help with an increasing volume of business generated by Erin and Ryan. I see many parallels in real estate in comparison to Funeral Service. It can be a very emotional time whether it is leaving a community for a job change or coming to the realization that the family home is too large or too difficult to navigate in. I really appreciate the opportunity that Erin and Ryan having given me to become part of their dynamic team. My experience in sales and marketing for over 40 years helps me to appreciate the many marketing tools and support of the Coldwell Banker provides. These tools provide an international web of support unparalleled in any industry. My goal is to provide our team with a perspective that comes with many years of personal real estate experiences. I intend to gain knowledge through the many courses available through Coldwell Banker on making sale and purchase positive experience.
