I have worked as a REALTOR® for the last 25+ years, and have a great perspective on what todays buyers want and need in the local area. I am also an expert at working with first-time buyers and am well versed in all types of mortgages and financing options, including VA, FHA and HSDA loans and zero %. I take my job very seriously and guarantee to provide all of my clients with the highest level of service. What I pride myself on saying is that "I do everything with you as your partner and assistant in the home buying or selling process except give you the money or help you pack the boxes." (Actually, I even help pack boxes sometimes too!) In addition to selling real estate, I am a long time member and former Chairman of the Board of Assessment Appeals in Guilford. I am a long-time local resident, born and raised in Guilford, so I am very well versed with what Guilford and the Connecticut Shoreline have to offer - from sports to events to places to see, and definitely, anything having to do with children. I am a mom of 2 daughters, who both play soccer competitively. I am also a stepmom to 4, who are involved in lacrosse, theatre, music and more! If I am not at a showing I am usually found on a soccer field or at a school event. Best of all, I was partnered with my mom, Sue Popplewell, who was a local real estate ICON, and was a top producer for 35+ years in Guilford and along the Shoreline. Sue has recently retired but can still be seen riding along for showings! My partner, Carlos Pena is also licensed, and this may be shocking, but I also partner up with my ex-husband Mike Sansone - so all of your real estate needs are met!
