About Kit

Kit MacDonald Grant began her successful career in real estate in 1984 as a Real Estate Agent with Century 21, there she was consecutively a top producer, VIP designated associate and team leader. In 1994 she joined the New England Land Company team as their Residential Office Manager. Kit is a licensed Broker in both Connecticut and New York. She is affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS®, Connecticut Association of REALTORS®, Greenwich Association of REALTORS®, Greenwich Multiple Listing Service and the Greater Fairfield County SmartMLS. She is also a Notary Public, State of Connecticut. Born and raised in Greenwich, she has in-depth knowledge of the community and its real estate market.
