About CHARLES "CHUCK" CONTI A Connecticut native, Chuck began his professional career in education after receiving a BA in English & Psychology, an MS in School Psychology, and completing all but his dissertation toward a PhD in Educational Psychology at the University of Connecticut. Chuck served as a School Psychologist and Special Education administrator in Connecticut public schools for several years. Chuck began his real estate career in 1987 and has successfully helped his clients buy and sell over 200 million dollars of real estate. Continuing his education, Chuck earned the Graduate Realtors® Institute (GRI) designation, and later completed the requirements to obtain the highly regarded Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. The latter designation is awarded upon the completion of advanced studies in real estate finance, appraisal and advanced marketing strategies. It is an achievement earned by only 3% of all practicing Realtors®. Chuck has been a State Director to the Connecticut Association of Realtors® and is professionally affiliated with the New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors®. More recently, Chuck passed the state examination and became a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Connecticut. Having played baseball in college, Chuck is an avid baseball fan and, when time allows, loves to test his limited skills on the golf course. He is a 30-year member of the Branford Lions Club, and a member of the Shoreline Chamber of Commerce. Chuck and his wife reside in Branford. Together they have been very active in support of the Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation and are currently raising their fifth puppy for the non-profit organization that provides service dogs to the blind at no cost to the recipient.
