Candice M. Han: A serious, knowledgeable professional and a "nice, hardworking lady," her clients call her. Candice has been selling real estate for 25 Years in the San Bernardino Mountain. She was born and raised in Korea, immigrated to St. Louis, Mo, lived there for 5 1/2 years, moved to Honolulu, Hawaii and resided there for over 15 years then her husband imported her to beautiful Lake Arrowhead in 1994 and is proud to have established relationship with Colwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty. Candice loves the extraordinary quality of life living in Lake Arrowhead for friendly people, the love of her animals and the clean air that Lake Arrowhead offers. Prior to becoming an agent, Candice attended Hong Ik University in South Korea. She then studied to become a graduated gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America in Santa Monica, California and helped many clients in purchasing, design and appraisal in Honolulu, island of Oahu Hawaii for over 15 years. She is involved in her community through the Lake Arrowhead Chamber of Commerce, Mountain Boys and Girls Club, the Christmas in April a.k.a Habitat for Humanity, member of Lake Arrowhead Rotary and Mountain Hearts on Fire events. Also a volunteer at a different organization. She enjoys reading, entertaining friends, boating, walk along the lake trails and her neighborhood not to mention gardening in her free time.
